THE SCOPE

Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Scrum Master to join its Scrum team.

You will join one of our platform’s feature teams to support its evolution towards an Agile working method.

You will be responsible for the correct application of the daily methodology as well as a point of contact for the team.

Eventually, GAMING1 could allow you to have an inter-disciplinary impact by offering you several teams or projects to follow.

YOUR ROLE

• Aid the team in the various rituals that punctuate their work;

• Facilitate discussions between developers, product (product owners) and inter-disciplinary departments (QC, release management, technical leaders, etc.);

• Help the development team in their continued improvement;

• Guide the team towards good development practices (peer programming, test driven development, etc.);

• Deal with anything that could be an obstacle for the team’s work flow;

• Take part in creating a good working atmosphere that is motivating and stimulating.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical focus;

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in an IT role and ideally as a developer;

• You are a certified Scrum Master or have experience in a SCRUM-oriented agile environment;

• You have very good command of English;

• You are known for your excellent communication skills;

• You easily form bonds with your colleagues and have a sense of leadership;

• You are flexible, open and solution-oriented.
