Senior Communications Account Manager for EU Institutions

Do you feel ready for a new European communications challenge? Are you confident you can help shape the European communications landscape? Our EU Communications team is expanding, and we are looking for you, our next Brussels-based experienced Account Manager!

You will...

  • Understand client needs and translate them into offering
  • Manage clients, develop their expectations, and build strong relationships
  • Develop a client base by meeting existing and prospective clients
  • Manage a team of Project Managers involved in the delivery of projects
  • Undertake and oversee the drafting of offers for new services
  • Management of partners and subcontractors relationship
  • Obtain business intelligence across the market segment
  • Work with the team to develop the business at every level
  • Maintain a regular meeting schedule with key clients, existing and potential
  • Maintain complete P&L responsibility for the account under your supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have...

  • University degree in Communications or related discipline
  • At least 10 years experience as a Project or Account Manager in the field of European Commission communication contracts
  • Demonstrated business development skills in the field of European Communication
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of French is considered a plus

  • Client-oriented with both internal communication skills
  • Well organized including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work in a multinational environment
  • Keen to synthesize information into a concrete plan
  • Eager to drive the business forward through managing client relationship on a daily basis
