We are looking for a senior account manager
Simply Better organizes professional and private events.
The Event & Account manager undertakes to contribute actively towards the maintenance and development of all in the events organized by Simply Better. She/ He will work in collaboration with the SB’s team.
▪️ PROFILE
- Five years of relevant work experience in the Event industry (corporate, private)
- Work experience as coordinator of an event team (internal & external)
- Availability to work flexible hours (some events take place during the weekend and late night)
- Ability to listen and identify clients’ needs to advice and respect their requests
- Excellent command of English, French (spoken and written) and Dutch knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Be a proactive and conscientious person with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexible work attitude, able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a very fast-paced
▪️ JOB’S DESCRIPTION
- Coordination, execution and follow-up of projects in an autonomous, self-sufficient and proactive way.
- Produce detailed proposals for events (i.e., timelines, suppliers, legal obligations, contract, staff)
- Coordination of the event team and external suppliers
- Continual development of new business and good relationships inside our customer’s base
- Budget management and financial responsibility
