Senior Performance Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to drive performance testing, observability, and optimization strategies within our client’s product domain.

What does our client do ?

They help pharmaceutical companies detect and fix risks in clinical trials using smart data analysis.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Enhance the Performance Testing & Observability framework within a product domain

✅ Develop and maintain performance observability dashboards using tools like Grafana, Splunk, or DataDog

✅ Execute load and performance tests to detect system bottlenecks and optimize application scalability

✅ Work closely with software engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to implement best practices for performance optimization

✅ Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

✅ Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance, database tuning, and infrastructure efficiency

Tech Stack & Tools You’ll Work With:

???? Performance Testing & Load Testing: K6, LoadRunner, Gatling, Blazemeter, JMeter

???? Observability & Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic

???? Infrastructure & Automation: Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, CI/CD pipelines

???? Programming & Scripting: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bash

???? Database Performance & Scalability: Basic SQL knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

???? Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering

???? 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, observability, or a related field

???? Hands-on experience with performance testing, infrastructure monitoring, and system scalability

???? Strong problem-solving mindset to identify performance bottlenecks and enhance system efficiency

???? Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with engineering teams
