As a Senior Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) Project Officer, you are responsible for project management challenges in Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion.
- You will be responsible for A-Z project management: project design, planning, implementation, coordination, risk management, quality monitoring and communication;
- You will support the team by sharing your project management knowledge in order to support, set up and improve projects;
- You will further develop, with the team, consistent project management via planning, methodologies, templates and toolkits.
- You will work out L&D programmes based upon learning needs of the organisation (at the level of the individual employee, a department or the organization as a whole);
- Together with will contribute to realizing the strategic objectives by combining learning tools, content and providers to develop attractive learning experiences to managers and practitioners:
- You will work out D&I programmes aligned to our talent strategy, focusing on the in-, through- and outflow of diverse talent;
- You will effectively analyse data and leverage people analytics to identify trends and focus areas, while you measure and track progress towards our inclusive goals;
- You will prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status. You regularly share updates with Talent leadership and other stakeholders
- You will propose industry-leading, creative L&D and D&I solutions and influence leadership to take action
Let’s talk about you
- You have a Master degree (or equivalent through experience), preferably in a business-oriented direction;
- You have preferably 5 - 7 years of experience in a project-driven talent role;
- You demonstrate a keen interest in change management and learning & development, and champion diversity & inclusion;
- You see yourself as a self-starter with analytical, planning and prioritization skills;
- You have experience-based knowledge in HR analytics and HR operations;
- You easily build trust relationships and can provide targeted advice based on your credibility and expertise;
- You are result driven and like to take on challenges;
- You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Dutch and/or French.
