Mission

The Supply Chain Manager ensures the Customer Delivery Satisfaction while optimising Inventory levels and Transport Costs. He/She also takes the ownership of Lean & integration projects across the plant, provides training and coaching to the organization by expending Lean practices & ToP projects.

Main Responsibilities

1. Demands Management:

  • Control the Order Entry (entrées de commandes + contrôle engagements de livraison) ;
  • Validate all Plant Delivery commitments and ensure they are made in a timely manner (planification, sourcing, en lien avec commercial).

2. Inventory Control:

  • Define and apply the Plant Stock Policy in order to reduce the Working Capital ;
  • Ensure the Stock Accuracy & Organization ;
  • Ensure the Store Management.

3. Planning:

  • Implement and control the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process ;
  • Implement and control the Master Production Schedule (MPS) Process ;
  • Be in charge of the Procurement Process MRP calculation and parameters.

4. Performance Management:

  • Implement and monitor the Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (OTD), conducting the proper root cause analysis and developing the relevant actions plan ;
  • Participate to the Plant Progress Plan :
  • Be responsible of Logistics Non Conformities delivered to the Customer ;
  • Optimise the Plant Manufacturing Material and Informations flows.

5. Costs Control:

  • Develop and control his/her budget : transport costs, headcount, etc.

6. Lean & ToP Management:

  • Challenge design to ensure a smooth production and standardization of components and tools ;
  • Drive the digitization plan of the plant ;
  • Communicate at all levels to ensure consistent deployment of LEAN processes & tools ;
  • Coach and train operational teams in LEAN methodology and application where necessary ;
  • Ensure correct integration of production from other entity (on time, without any customer impact).

7. General Management:

  • Assess and ensure the development of his/her team ;
  • Be responsible of the Logistics partners ;
  • Participate as required to the corporate activities.

Profile required

Technical skills:

  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes ;
  • Knowledge of Lean tools (Six Sigma, Green or Black belt, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) ;
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (Bill of Material / Routing creation / Standard Time) + MS Office.

Behavioral skills:

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams ;
  • Strong planning skills ;
  • Ability to understand the risk management in the context of the supply chain ;
  • Methodical & results-oriented ;
  • Excellent communication skills ;
  • Be fluent in English

Expérience professionnelle

  • 10-year experience as a supply chain manager.

Formation

  • Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar field.

Environnement

  • Office ;
  • Travels could be required on demand.
