Location – BeerseTo start ASAPDuration – 6 months contractOffered rate – 70 euros/hr – 75 euros/hr.Onsite/offsite: On Site (3 days per week), 2 days remote working.FTE (%): 100% – 80% is also possible but depends on the fit.Remote candidates: BE based candidates only.Main responsibilities:
  • Incident Management for SAP in the Pack & Label area (30%) Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for users in case of issues + follow-up
  • Just-In-Time (JIT) consignment issues
  • Preparation of test scenarios and test scripts
  • Preparation of test data
  • Coordinate test execution with IT and business users.
  • Change Requests for SAP in the Pack & Label area (40%)
  • Implementing integration of lab information management system (eLIMS) with SAP
  • Backlog grooming + clean-up of release SharePoint
  • Follow-up meetings with business partners
  • Preparation of test scenarios and test scripts
  • Preparation of test data
  • Coordinate test execution with IT and business users.
  • Governance Process and Documentation improvement (30%)
  • Streamline and improve SAP system governance process.
  • Streamline and improve SAP user access request and governance process.
  • Create and/or update end user documentation and training materials for SAP usage in Clinical Supply Chain.
Qualifications
  • Experience in SAP (INM, POM, SLS, others are an asset) is a must-have.
  • Experience in SDLC and GxP applications.
  • Experience in qTEST
  • Experience in Pack & Label processes
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in life sciences / clinical supply chain
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in an environment where short timelines require high level of flexibility while maintaining high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong virtual collaboration skills.
