  • key responsibilities

    Tasks description

    You will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of our client’s digital media activities, the associated digital content production and its analysis from a data perspective.

    You will also be involved in the implementation of other customer experience focus (non-digital) initiatives that contribute to the company priorities.

    In this role, the you will report into the Customer Experience Lead and will be responsible for implementing the marketing and communication strategy.

    You will help build stories around prevention and treatments, patient engagement, employer branding, etc.

    You will be part of the Customer Experience (CeX) community and will help lead the digitalization around the organization.


    Primary responsibilities

    Participating in defining the marketing activities together with the Customer Experience Lead.

    Translating the needs of the strategy into a tangible digital plan.

    Creating and implementing digital content in accordance with organization roadmap.

    Collaborating with MSD’s digital communication owned channels (SM, web platforms, newsletters, etc.)

    Participating in cross-functional team meetings to identify communication opportunities.

    Follow up on the social media strategy of MSD Belgium.

    Data driven mindset looking for optimization and excellence in MSD’s metrics.Collaborating with the Cx team to co-create an integrated digital/media strategy

  • qualifications

    University degree (bachelor a minimum), preferably in communication, marketing, digital marketing, or a comparable qualification

    3-4 years of experience within the digital landscape

    Strong understanding of possibilities in the digital landscape

    Curiosity about pharmaceutical sector and the healthcare sector in general

    Ability to adapt messaging to the relevant audiences

    Strong user focus

    Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define your own tasks

    Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects

    Result oriented attitude and an eye for detail

    Digital savvy and creative mindset to find innovative solutions

    Out-of-the box thinking, ability to solve complex problems

    Strong team player and ability to work in cross-functional teams

    Experience with Agile processes and methodologies is a plus

    Data driven decision maker

    Excellent written, analytical and communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English

    Customer Focus and Customer Planning & Execution:

    • Understand and manages the customers barriers and drivers, continuously collect customer needs
    • Understand where & how to get the customer data, be able to manage & analyze data.
