The Talent Project team provides services for Human Resources to start up and roll out exciting HR related projects that will bring us closer to realize our HR strategy which is about building a Simply Irresistible Organization. In addition, the team also acts as a consultant for other (HR) teams to assist with project management challenges.

As a Talent Project Officer you will support various Talent projects.

• You will be involved in diverse projects in different phases. You will get exposed to aspects as project design, planning, implementation, coordination, risk management, quality monitoring and communication.
• You will support the Talent project team and other HR teams by sharing your project management knowledge in order to support, set up and improve projects.
• You will further develop, with the team, consistent project management methodologies, templates and tools for application across all Talent projects.
• You will actively propose solutions and monitor, validate and report on each project phase continuously evaluating progress and quality.
• You will become part of a great team, that will be committed to have you grow in your career.

Let’s talk about you

• You are eager to learn and willing to go for “the extra mile”
• You have preferably 2 years of experience in a project-driven role
• You demonstrate a keen interest in either change management or HRIS
• You have sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
• Experience-based knowledge of HR operations (such as payroll or recruitment, etc.) is an asset.
• You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written. You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and in English.
• You are driven by customer service and you are able to build strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
• You are result driven and like to take on challenges.
• You can work in an environment that is fast moving and prone to change.
