Job Description

The Teamleader will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • You translate the store’s business plan into a clear action plan for your department and you implement the various actions
  • You pull the bandwagon to help Cashline grow. You guarantee smooth handling at the checkout, so that the brand always leaves a positive impression with customers.
  • You are constantly looking for new opportunities to improve the efficiency and future shopping experience of our customers
  • You motivate, inspire and engage your team to achieve the set objective
  • You ensure a fast and efficient checkout service to our customers, so that customers leave the store with a positive feeling
  • You ensure that all payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly manner and that all procedures keep costs to a minimum
  • You continuously monitor current performance against the set goals. If necessary, you adjust the way of working or take actions

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in people management (min. 20 people)
  • Good communication, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experience with checkout and cashline is a plus
  • Attention to details
  • Can implement solutions quickly
  • Energetic, drive, passionate about people
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
