We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Back Office Support who will be part of the Pharma Solids Compression Service Team in Halle, Belgium and reports to the Head of Technical Service.The Technical Back Office Support is the competent intermediary between the customer and GEA. He/She represents the company both internally and externally. An energetic and diplomatic approach are important requirements for this function.Responsibilities / Tasks
  • 1st level troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical as well as Automation
  • Understanding & analyzing of technical drawings
  • Handling contacts with customers
  • Monitoring of the internal orders and mediator with the other departments
  • Ensure Professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all customer relationships
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering. Also automation/software knowledge is appreciated
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in service
  • A team player with a passion for techno-commercial affiliation
  • Customer focus with an accurate & analytical approach
  • Open-mindedness, flexibility and proactivity
  • Availability for eventual short travels
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English
  • Compliance, Respect & Integrity are key
  • Knowledge of ERP is an added advantage
