As a Field Engineer, it is your responsibility to implement Telenet’s integrated IP telephony and ISDN solutions (Alcatel) with peripherals such as DECT, VoiceMail, alarm servers, CTI and various IT applications. This happens according to agreements made with the customer and the defined scope.
You also provide service, replace defective parts of the various equipment, and perform the necessary tests to ensure that all problems have been solved.
Field Engineers are a highly valued part of the staff. After all, Telenet customers always stay one step ahead thanks to your actions and technical solutions. You’re an ambassador for the brand. That’s why, you’re expected to follow up and communicate with your customers and colleagues.

Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Electronics, Applied Informatics or equivalent through experience
Passionate about ICT
Ability to translate complex problems into clear solutions for customers
Service-minded, thinking proactively about customer’s needs
Eager to learn and master new technologies
Knowledge of French is a plus
Basic knowledge of VoIP, ISDN / IP / SIP and Data & Networks
