For our plant in Malmedy, we are looking for aCMMS Specialist / Back-up Storekeeper and Methods technician



  • Deployment and monitoring of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) in the Maintenance & Investments department
  • Optimization of technical purchases
  • Operational support on projects and continuous improvement
  • Back-up/Hand-over Storekeeper and Methods Technician
Main tasks:



  • Ensure the deployment of the CMMS on the SAP system (September 2022)
  • Set up the site tree structure
  • Write / encode the equipment list
  • Implement the work order system
  • Integrate preventive/predictive maintenance operations
  • Integrate service provider contracts
  • Integrate machine technical files
  • Link existing purchasing & re-supply procedures to the CMMS
  • Define reporting: costs - backlog - planning - ...
  • Back-up storekeeper :
  • Order, receive and distribute material
  • Manage part of the supplier relationship
  • File warehouse management documents
  • Stock management
  • Monitor technological developments
  • Back-up methods:
  • Manage the technical data sheets of the equipment (machine plans, history, etc.)
  • Manage preventive maintenance rounds
  • Analysing feedback from rounds and scheduling interventions in agreement with the workshop managers.
  • Make changes to CAD plans if necessary
  • Place orders inherent to the function
  • Suggest small improvements
  • Establish files for the replacement of various materials in agreement with the N+1
  • Attend meetings to prepare for shutdowns
  • Classify offers and orders.
  • Assist the Maintenance & Investment Manager
  • Coordinate certain work sites.
  • Drafting of work permits / fire permits
  • Training in fire detection/fighting equipment
Required skills:



  • Background in technical purchase and papermill environment
  • Knowledge in SAP database and CMMS structure
  • Organizational skills; strong communication skills; time management skills; effective team work; ability to manage deadlines;
  • Fluent in French and English, other languages proficiency is a preferred requirement.
