Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Business Controllerfor a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the pharmaceutical sector.

As Business Controlleryou will be responsible for:

Day to day

Monthly Closing

You will calculate the direct costs specific for the business unit
You will perform sales/margin analysis, compare with budget or forecast and assist the team in explanation
You will perform a review of the P&L of all entities within the business unit and will perform a review of the variance on a monthly basis
You will assist in the consolidation of the business unit
You will assist in preparing a slide deck presentation for management
You will review the OPEX costs on a department level and prepare the analysis per deparment for the meeting with the head of department and CFO
Compare new prices in the business model and assist in questions with regards to margin

The required profile for the Business Controller position:

Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent and has at least +/- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
You have strong analytical skills.
You are open minded and have a hands-on mentality.
You are a real team player and have a positive can-do attitude.
You are well organized, rigorous, eager to learn and autonomous
You speak and write fluently Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is a good asset.
You have knowledge of SAP Business One, Outlook and experienced knowledge of Excel.
