Our Junior consultants are great and pro-active people who are learning by experience on projects. They are extremely curious and passionate about discovering organizations and resolving operational challenges. They listen to seniors and learn how to analyze different aspects of business operations. They are key to our projects, actively helping the Team to improve productivity, reduce expenditure and utilise technology to achieve long-term business goals.

  • Working on analysis to understand the situation as is/ to be => ANALYZE, STRUCTURE
  • Participate in the optimisation of key processes / proposing solutions => SIMPLIFY and IMPROVE
  • Support the Team making eye catching and mind-blowing presentations => SHOWCASE
  • Helping with the implementation of solutions on the client side / supporting teams until sustainable results are achieved => HELP & SUPPORT
  • Becoming a key resource on projects => FACILITATE
  • Tracking results and seeking for continuous improvement => LEARN/IMPROVE/GET RESULTS
  • Becoming a reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company => BUILD TRUS

Requirements

OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

  • You are a Master graduated in the field you like. We’re quite open : Economics, Engineering, Accounting , Marketing, Finance etc...)
  • You speak both English and French ! (ok, German would be ideal too :) )
  • Tools liked Excel and Power BI have no secret for you.
