Are you passionate about connecting young talent with meaningful careers in biotechnology saving peoples lives? Join our Talent Acquisition Team in Ghent and play a key role in shaping the future of cell and gene therapy. As our Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll lead campus recruitment initiatives and support talent acquisition, helping us attract the next generation of biotech innovators.

You’ll work closely with universities and schools, students, and internal teams to bring fresh talent into our organization. Every day, you’ll help shape the future of cell and gene therapy while growing your own skills in a supportive, international environment.

Campus Recruitment

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top student talent.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, schools, colleges, and student organizations.
  • Organize and attend career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
  • Manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Act as recruiter for Young Graduate roles.
  • Promote Legend Biotech’s culture and opportunities to students.
  • Stay informed on trends in university & school recruiting, especially in biotech and life sciences.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on optimizing procedures and driving continuous improvements initiatives.

General Talent Acquisition Support

  • Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate with the Employer Branding team to boost job ads and internal job boards.
  • Support sourcing activities and various TA-related projects.

Who are we looking for?

Education: A bachelor’s or master degree in Psychology, HR, Communication or related field.

Experience: preferably 3 years experience in talent acquisition.

Languages: You’re fluent in English and Dutch, and you communicate clearly and confidently.
