The main purpose of the role is to support the Internal Communications Lead in Belgium, France & Netherlands in driving an integrated & insightful Communications strategy for the Business Unit. Leveraging a common strategy on Internal Communications & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion.

Diversity & Inclusion

Responsibilities and tasks:
  • Support development of initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion for the Business Unit
  • Organizing events according to the D&I agenda
Internal Communications & Engagement
  • Support IC to implement Internal Communication in the BU (through Internal Social Media posts, Recognition Programme, Monthly Dashboards, Proof-Read Translations, Videos)
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the IC Team, our Internal Communication Agency & People team Event management & Change Management Support IC lead in the organization of internal meetings, align agenda development, logistics & on-site coordination
  • Support change adoption and deployment of organizational changes in the Business Unit & ensure that the organization has the capabilities to sustain the change, in line with Zone strategy & standards
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is a must, French or Dutch is a plus
  • Enthusiast, Ambitious & Organized person
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Communication and/or marketing is a plus
  • Good PPT & filming skills is a plus
