To generate over 20% of the total revenue via the e-commerce platform in the coming years. About the Job

This role is about more than managing digital channels; it’s about building a high-performing e-commerce engine that drives business growth. Your key responsibilities will include ;

  • Define and lead the company’s digital and e-commerce strategy at a global level.
  • Turn the e-commerce platform into a high-performing sales channel, on par with physical stores.
  • Implement and optimise SEO/SEA, UX/UI, CRM, analytics, and drive continuous user experience improvements.
  • Recruit and manage a future team of 4 people, ensuring development and performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, generate actionable reporting, and make data-driven decisions.

About the ideal candidate

This role calls for more than experience — it demands the right mindset. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing an e-commercewebsite (CMS, UX, analytics).
  • Proficient inweb performance tools and digital campaign management.
  • Fluent in French, with a good command of another language is a plus.
  • Structured, assertive, results-oriented
