As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Managing secretarial and administrative support of the highest quality standard
  • Managing complex calendars and deadlines
  • Organising conference calls, meetings and coordinating in-house seminars
  • Drafting emails, reports, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and internal/external communications
  • Raising travel requests; book flights, hotel accommodation, car transfers; producing itineraries/agenda
  • Compiling and submitting corporate business expenses and claim back car mileage where necessary

The Ideal profile of the Executive Assistant :

  • You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree and have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You have a very good spoken and written knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
  • You have a high degree of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible, communicative and punctual.
  • You work well in a team as autonomously.
  • You are enthusiastic, collaborative, service-minded and solution-oriented.
