Profile
- Bachelor degree Management Assistant or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in management assistance
- Good knowledge of office 365 tools
- Experience with ERP tools is a plus
- Good writing and communication skills
- Organization and coordination skills
- Accurate way of working
Your responsibilities
- Manage calendar of R&D management organization
- Organize travel of R&D management organization
- Organize various R&D management, internal R&D and customer meetings (R&D management, lab…)
- Take responsibility for the internal procurement approval process for all R&D related materials
- Meeting support: agenda, actions, report out
- POC for R&D operation
- Support all R&D office management aspects
- Support R&D reporting (reports, DMB, …)
- Support R&D budget preparation
- Support R&D cost follow-up
- Support R&D improvement projects
