工作内容

You will be a part of a 6-person development team. The team provides an internally developed network resource management system for internal use.

You will participate in the software development from A to Z. You will help the Product Owner to refine his product backlog, discuss the technical architecture and the implementation with one or several teammates, write the code and the tests. A peer reviews your code - and you review someone else’s. You can make sure your feature is correctly deployed and works as excepted in test and production environments. You will be part of the 3rd line support to assist colleagues and end-users.

Required

  • Master in computer science or equivalent through experience
  • TypeScript: advanced knowledge
  • React: advanced knowledge
  • Python: intermediary knowledge
  • MongoDB: intermediary knowledge
  • Correct, honest, open and pleasant communication
  • Flexible in procedures, but always striving to improve them
  • Fluent English
  • No need for micro management, but open in your activities (cf. communication)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of networking technology and jargon
  • Mongo aggregation pipeline experience
  • Functional programming experience
  • Experience with testing in both Python (pytest - mocking, fixtures) and JavaScript (karma/selenium)
  • DevOps experience
  • Native Dutch speaker
