As a Global Account Manager within the Enterprise team you will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving individual & team quotas. You’ll be responsible for the Global strategy for the account

As a Sales Leader you will also be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Your Role
  • Relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions, ideally business applications.
  • Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Demonstrable track record of sales overachievement.
  • Experience managing the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Engaging at C-level
  • Ability to generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales activity, forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues
  • Develop required Corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success
  • Willing to travel extensively across the globe
  • Right to work in Belgium, Advanced English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Current full driving license.

  • Experience in enterprise software sales in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years sales management experience.
  • Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • A strong negotiator capable of negotiating multi million $ contracts
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
