Description:
The HR officer of People Management Department is responsible for the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. She/he is responsible for the clerical and administrative activities under the supervision of the Manager and Director of People Management Department.
This person deals with regular employee requests regarding human resources and administration issues, this implies a high level of interpersonal skills and confidential
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration (35%)
- Insurance management (group insurance, health care, work accident, material info) - update of the files, registrations, verifications, monthly billing ...
- Follow-up of requests for Stib cards, train subscription, etc.:
- Support in handling employment attests in the context of visa applications, etc.
- Writing of mail, archiving
- Monitoring and encoding end-of-year evaluations in Access
- Monitoring the proper management of employee records (contracts, endorsements, job description, Dimona, ID card, etc ...)
- Management of leaving staff: preparation and sending of the envelope containing all their outgoing documents (C4, insurances, employment attests, holidays attest)
- Support to implementation of Training strategy & policies for the staff
Learning and development policy (35%)
- Support to the implementation of the learning and development policy: looking for training partners, building Training catalogues.
- Manage the logistics aspects of external training programmes in management, leadership and project management (location, catering, invitation, registration, relations with trainers for logistics aspects etc..)
- Organization and coordination of technical training programmes with an external trainer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Coordinate the internal trainings programs ; ensure the creation and regular updating of training manuals are available to all
RISE Culture & People First Strategy (30%)
- Employee Surveys
- Creating the annual employee engagement survey and ad hoc employee satisfaction surveys upon basis of the questions received
- Sending surveys to the selected target
- Compiling results
- Creating PPT summarizing the results
- Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
