PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Work closely with the CEO to provide administrative and organizational support and necessary information and advice to allow the CEO to assess and decide.
Provide assistance in the process of correspondence, information, reporting, co-ordination of the agenda, organization of meetings and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, customers and staff on matters related to CEO’s initiatives.

MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSABILITIES

Organise and manage the CEO’s agenda.
Organise and administer meetings both national and international. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the CEO.
Is the liaison with the Board of Directors.
Manage the reception desk.
Assure follow op of Purchase orders.
Assure that all information on the intranet is up to date.
Manage the company car fleet in line with the company policy.
Coordinate issues related to facility management.

PROFILE REQUIRMENTS

Soft skills

Good understanding of the organization and its departments.
Strong analytical and organizational skills reflecting the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, management, board members, external partners and customers.
Stress resistance.
Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

Requirements and qualifications

Bachelor (e.g. Management Assistant) with 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in French, English (both spoken and written). A good knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
