工作内容

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will manage the industrialisation and/or quotation process of new projects.

Responsibilities

Act as an internal focal point for the manufacturing processes within own responsibility;
Perform the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, and guarantee the quality-related requirements of these processes to maintain proper product functionality;
Continuously evaluate and optimise the process methodology & efficiency to reduce the operational cost;
Actively support the operational departments to assure on time in full delivery to our customers;
Introduce, control (data driven, supported by MSA-analysis) and maintain process monitoring to improve (cost, time, quality) of the manufacturing processes;
Support the choice of the new techniques and process to deliver optimal performance (e.g. via automation);
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations which requires coordination with other departments;
Perform process related risk analyses and look actively for risk mitigation opportunities;
Review, evaluate and implement engineering changes and specification requirements;
Accountable for up to date internal instructions and responsible for internal procedures;
Optimise the product flow by introducing lean principles.

Profile

MSc in Industrial Engineering (Electro-mechanics, Mechanics, Materials or Aviation/Space)
Min. 8 years relevant experience in production, engineering, manufacturing engineering or quality management
Minimum 5 years’ experience with project or program management
Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
APQP/PPAP
Project Management
Knowledge of composite
Quality and result oriented with pro-active attitude
Strong communication and team-working skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in negotiations, good listener and happy to be present on the work floor
Very good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is an asset
MS office, CATIA, ERP, 3D drawing programs
