You are responsible for

Supporting our sales and customer in the day-to-day operation, against KPI’s and QMS standards:

• Timely creation and execution of sales orders up to delivery
• First-time right and on time release of customer billing and creation of customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements
• Appropriate follow up on complaints and operational related requests
• Act as a first point of contact for business and/or market escalations
  

Using the corresponding IT-tools to do so (SAP/SFDC/APPTUS/…);

Respond to external/internal requests for information;

Actively identifying corrective actions and driving improvement according to LEAN ways of working and participating in LEAN process improvement activities;

Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors.

Philips IGT Devices, a Philips business, is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications. The business also offers a suite of peripheral therapeutic devices. This is part of Philip’s industry leading solutions to help clinicians to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right therapy for each patient in real-time during image-guided therapies (IGT).

As a Sales Support Representative, you will report into the Coordinator of the Sales Support department, IGT Devices International.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience within Sales Support or Back Office environment

• Dedicated personality who loves to work within a hectic & dynamical environment

• Ability to deal and engage with demanding stakeholders

• Advanced English language skills. Good knowledge of any of the following language is an advantage; Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian

• Knowledge and understanding of working in a Medical Device industry is preferred

• Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, salesforce, APPTUS)
