About the Position
The Digital 360 Solutions Engineering team is a team of technology and business process experts that aid and assist direct sales to prospects, customers, and partners by defining, presenting and demonstrating innovative solutions for a client’s needs related to Digital Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and eCommerce
This specific role is for a Solution Engineer for our marketing intelligence solution Datorama.
The Datorama, marketing intelligence platform transforms the way marketers optimize their marketing performance, business impact, and customer loyalty. With Datorama, customers can:
Automatically connect all their disparate marketing tools and reports in one centralized place
Access and act on the right cross-channel KPIs, dashboards, reports and AI-powered insights
Optimize and report on every investment, performance, and outcome across the customer journey
Datorama powers marketing intelligence for thousands of brands, agencies and publishers globally
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to uncover technical challenges and business goals relating to marketing intelligence
Define the vision, solution and roadmap for the success of the customer
Deliver an engaging and coherent presentation/demonstration that connects complex technology to C-level audiences.
Adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical.
Stay up-to-date on product development and roadmap, industry trends, and industry news
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, and verbal
Experience working with BI/analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, Alteryx, or similar tools)
Understanding of Ad technology (DFP, DCM, SSPs, DSPs, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), and media buying landscape
Excel, SQL/Database experience (Big Data platforms like Hadoop or Spark a plus)
Technical breadth: Experience with cloud architecture, security, networks
Previous Pre-sales consulting experience is an advantage
Experience of running business and IT workshops in the marketing domain is a plus
Fluency in English is a must have. Fluency in Dutch or any Scandinavian language is a plus.
B.S. or B.A. degree
