  • Performing specific in process and final lab testing, necessary to guard quality standards of products during the production process.
  • Using a large range of different analytical techniques for testing samples of a big range of products
  • Reporting results in the quality databases and communicate them to production operations.
  • Defining properties of nonconforming products, anticipating to problems in production operations
  • Critically evaluating test results, preventing quality related problems
  • Assisting with the development of new and improved testing procedures
  • Being part of problemsolving teams
  • You work in a continuous shift system
Your Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent by experience
  • A good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • You are a team player but you can also work independently
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
  • Curiosity to increase your knowledge and expertise in new techniques, products and tests
  • Experience with a large range of analytical techniques
