My client is an international leader in minerals product for industry. Provides high value-added functional solutions for a wide range of industries, from construction and agriculture to consumer goods.
- Provide technical support. Answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- Take ownership of user problems from the ITSM ticketing tool
- Implement, managing and maintaining workstations
- Perform installations, upgrades & deployment of workstations to Microsoft Windows 10
- Troubleshooting & Problem solving of Workstation related problems
- Imaging and preparing assets such as laptops and mobile devices for deployment to users, ensuring assets are tagged and entered into the asset management system
- Carrying out routine maintenance of IT systems
- Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
- Local assistance for the L2/L3 System Administrators (Server, Network, Application, ERP)
- Ensure Service Level Agrerement are adhered too
- Local contact person for assistance in IT
- Travels on sites located in Germany (15% to 20% of the time)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support
- English and German speaking
- Microsoft advanced knowledge (workstations and servers)
- Administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
- Helpdesk Experience (ServiceNow)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Client Service Skills
- Pro-active skills
- Driving License
