Our main goal? Making sure that our customers’ social impact projects are successful by making their processes more efficient and easy to set up in our intuitive flexible tool.

Your Mission

As a Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist at Optimy, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and needs. You will be in charge of the entire employee recruitment life cycle, from defining recruiting needs to hiring, retaining and developing our current workforce.

We are expecting our new Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist to allocate their time between talent acquisition (80%) and talent retention (20%), while closely collaborating with the HR Lead.

Talent Acquisition

  • Identify recruitment needs based on business objectives
  • Elaborate job descriptions in collaboration with the different departments’ managers
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, i.e. screening, interviewing, shortlisting, assessing potential candidates as well as sending job offers
  • Ensure a proper follow-up with new-joiners to ensure their good integration within the company
  • Develop and evaluate different sourcing and assessment methods
  • Identify and propose recruitment improvements for our talent acquisition process and strategy
  • Plan and coordinate interviews and assessments with the different stakeholders within the company when required
  • Analyze results of the talent acquisition campaigns you run and improve quality and conversion rate metrics of your campaigns
  • Work on Employer Branding projects

Talent Retention

  • Build and maintain a strong retention strategy
  • Work on multiple and various Soft HR projects with the aim to retain and develop our workforce, such as office improvements, team building activities, incentives, etc.
  • Improve the well-being of our workforce by identifying needs and elaborating strategies to apply changes.
  • Ensure we are compliant with well-being legislation
  • Assist and participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English and preferably French
  • You have 2+years experience in a Talent Acquisition
  • You are highly detail-oriented, along with impeccable organizational skills
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus
  • You are an excellent team player and are confident in working alongside others
  • You are results-driven and not afraid to work under pressure
  • You are a natural born leader, fast learner, highly motivated, self-driven and creative problem solver
  • You have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit
