Are you technically savvy and interested in a support role in “Networking and Voice” as part of our Service Team?
  • We are looking for a colleague responsible for the second-line support of our Networking and Voice solutions.
  • You are a real team player who always puts the customer first in a creative way.
  • You are responsible for advanced incident management and give support on our services of our Dstny infrastructure towards our customers (modem, routers, switches, access points).
  • You follow up the complex incident tickets
  • You solve problems of customers
  • You are part of the 24/7 permanence (every 8 weeks)
  • You support installations and replacements of equipment at the customer’s premises
  • At the request of the customer, you make changes to his configuration
  • You can always contact the team leader Second Line Service
  • You work proactively to permanently improve the support team
  • You take responsibility for internal projects, such as product activation, process evolution, etc.
To succeed in this role we believe you are
  • A social team player, curious and explorative in your way of working.
  • Experienced in a help desk or service desk role.
  • Fluent in 3 languages English, French and Dutch. If you are fluent in English together with one of the 2 national languages we will also consider your application
  • You have ambition and want to be part of a new revolution in the communications business
  • You have knowledge of CCNA, and routing protocols.
  • Knowledge of open standards such as SIP and related technology is an asset.
  • You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, interesting experience we evaluate equivalent.
  • You can handle the no-nonsense mentality of a fast growing company
  • You ensure an excellent customer experience
  • You are a real problem solver and you like to learn
  • You have good communication skills and are able to give and receive constructive feedback
