As our new Brand Manager (Lung) you will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for our leading products. We are looking for a driven, customer centric and strategic individual, as you will have the opportunity drive thelaunchof one of our key brands in a specialty care area.

You will contribute to align the cross functional teams on brand strategy, endorse excellence in execution of brand plans and tactics and drive brand performance with multichannel customer engagements. By translating customer insights into action you contribute to BI being the preferred partner of our customers.

You will work from our office in Brussels while reportingdirectly to the local Head of Marketing & Customer Experience and with a dotted line to the Regional therapeutic area lead.


Further key responsibilities:

  • Lead the local product/indication launch readiness process

  • Play a key role in the shaping of the strategic direction of the brands in close cooperation with a cross functional and international team (including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Customer experience manager, Customer Facing Functions, Communications, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Regulatory) and in alignment with the regional / local overall business strategy

  • Ensure and drive effective Omni channel brand activity plan using customer and market insights to maximize short-, medium- and long-term objectives

  • Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels

  • Achieve financial targets: 1) achieve sales budget and market share evolution, 2) initiate corrective measures in case of deviation from planned sales and market share development in alignment with the regional plan/ strategy

  • Plan, organize and lead sales cycle/training meetings to serve the brand strategy objectives and Go-To-Market transformation

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders: in close cooperation with medical and field operations, conduct regular field visits to stay customer focused and keep up to date with regards the competitive environment.


What you should bring to the team:

  • You are passionate, competitive, creative, enthusiastic and have a growth mindset

  • Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, life sciences, (Digital) Marketing or other related fields

  • Knowledge of the Belgium pharma market (experienced in marketing- and or sales), preferably in respiratory area, is a plus

  • Digital savviness and excellent Project Management Skills are required

  • Knowledge of multichannel customer plans

  • Results and action oriented self-driven mindset and positive attitude towards changes and challenges

  • Capable of in depth Medical/Scientific understanding in the specific therapeutic area

  • Excellent command of French and / or Dutch is required. Advanced level of English is mandatory

  • Teamplayer who builds trust and communicates in a transparent and honest way.
