Job Description
As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose, and refine the solution. You will be translating business requirements into techno-functional requirements, defining user stories, use cases, system workflow diagram, lead iterative enhancements of features/services and also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
- Hands-on experience in the area of Business Analytics
- At least 2 Full cycle of Business Analytics engagements with at-least two engagements with role of Business Analyst / Consultant
- Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs.
- Hands on experience on agile tools like JIRA
- Understanding of IoT and Connected Car/Telematics concepts
Preferred
- Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities, and processes.
- Experience working with multinational companies and co-ordinating or co-operating among geographically distributed global teams.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
