TVH is looking for a CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGER for the Corporate Department.

What you’re going to do

Within the Corporate Development department, the PMO team has the task of managing corporate projects. As Corporate Project Manager you take the lead in strategic projects within a department (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Finance,...) or transversally (across different departments). Your projects are in the area of strategic or digital transformation, business process optimization or IT implementation projects. As TVH is a global player, your projects usually have an international scope.

• You work with all stakeholders to identify and manage the needs
• You put together your project team with the appropriate profiles (internal and/or external) and manage it throughout the project
• You define your project (scope, business case, milestones, budget, etc) and follow it closely
• You document all aspects of the project and communicate on all relevant levels about the evolution of the project
• You use the knowledge and experience in your project team to obtain the desired results for the project
• You achieve the objectives of your projects within the predetermined timing, scope and budget, taking into account the expectations of the various stakeholders.

Who are you

• Master degree or equivalent through experience
• +5 years of relevant experience in project management, experience with IT projects is a big plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• You can quickly adapt to new environments and make the right contacts at different levels (management, employees, etc)
• You characterize yourself as a born communicator and passionate coach
• You are enthusiastic, persistent and stress resistant
• You feel at home in an environment where teamwork is central
• You are critical, flexible and think in terms of solutions
