As Global digital HR Expert, you define and manage the digital HR project and run all the day to day activities in view of elevating the HR experience of our candidates and staff across all digital HR channels.

You represent digital HR in local and global projects and work closely together with other departments and agencies.

Your core responsibilities are among others:

  • Driving the digital HR experience and taking ownership of the projects within scope;
  • Setting up a long term planning to elevate the digital HR experience for our candidates and staff;
  • Ensuring a growth agile mindset to maximize candidate experience throughout the end-to-end candidate journey;
  • Participating in workshops, demo’s and trainings and acting as the Digital HR voice to inspire stakeholders and project team members;
  • Analysing existing processes and advising on how to further improve and evolve in the area of digital HR;
  • Supporting on defining functional requirements and briefing them toward other departments, e.a. IT
  • Training colleagues in the use of digital HR tools and sharing best practices in your domain;

Profile

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience;
  • +5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent understanding of what maken HR candidates tick;
  • Solid knowledge of the HR recruitment and selection world;
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Proven project management and planning skills;
  • Good understanding of digital content management and analytical tools;
