The incumbent will be part of the Distributors Team reporting into the Vice President distributors and business development. He/she will be mainly responsible for providing professional assistance to the Department.
He/she will build and maintain excellent relationships with the Distributors, with the Product Team, the sales force, with external suppliers and any other internal and external parties.
The ideal candidate will:
· Process all customer orders in a timely and accurate matter: standard range orders (replenishment), pre-selling orders, fair orders, contract orders, spare parts orders, …
· Ensure a strict follow up of deliveries in close collaboration with the sales force and internal logistics.
· Keep the customer constantly informed of possible issues, delays, etc. in the delivery of orders.
· Ensure the timely delivery of new Point-Of-Sale materials, samples etc.
· Manage credit notes resulting from a price inaccuracy (missing discount), a delivery issue (missing products, differences in quantity) etc.
· Promptly resolve complaints or disputes from customers/consumers in a courteous and efficient way.
· Answer in a clear and courteous way any queries from both customers and consumers to maximize the customer and consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
· Handle SAS requests in a professional way.
· Check local inventory for existing spares parts (stock) and ensure delivery of ZMKT orders to the customer/consumer or warrant a credit note for unrepairable products that are still within the warranty period.
· Maintain up to date product knowledge.
· Maintain accurate records via computer files that can be accessed at any time by colleagues.
· Provide regular updates to the Regional Directors and Department Head.
· Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all internal departments: Marketing, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, Shipping, Legal, etc.

· Possess excellent knowledge of English. Be proficient in French.
