Energy Data Compliance Internship

We are looking for a Energy Data Compliance Internship to join our Energy department based in Louvain-la-Neuve.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Energy Division as an Energy data compliance Intern at our Headquarters based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels area, Belgium. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and work closely with our team to improve our file organization and access tracking. You will support N-SIDE Energy activities by helping to shape a sustainable future for our data management and adapt our current structure.

The data handled by our Energy activity is crucial for our customers. We put high efforts to keep it protected and to maintain its integrity. To bring our standards to the next level, our current data storage tools need to be better structured. Moreover, with our company’s rapid growth, the number of files and folders in our Google Drive has increased significantly, leading to difficulty in managing and tracking file access.

As an Energy data compliance Intern, you will be responsible for organizing our files, creating a more efficient system, and defining access management in a secure way while keeping operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Re-organize and categorize files and folders in our Google Drive
• Develop and implement a streamlined file organization system for our team
• Track file access to ensure data security and compliance
• Collaborate with our team to identify areas of improvement in data management processes
• Assist with training team members on proper data management procedures

About you

• You are comfortable in working with technology and data management systems
• You are familiar with Google Drive
• You are proactive and a digital enthusiast
• You are a team player, and you like to take on new challenges
• You are detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• You are hands-on, eager to get things done and result-driven
• Available for 8 weeks minimum
• Fluent in English

Internal job level: Intern

Start Date: from May to mid of July for a duration of 8 weeks
