YOUR ROLE

  • You assist in various projects related to remuneration policy, including cafeteria plans and salary policies.
  • You support the job classification processes.
  • You coordinate the goals & performance process, budget proposals, and preparation of new salary data.
  • You maintain personnel administration in SAP.
  • You introduce all necessary notifications to meet all legal obligations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience in payroll and compensation & benefits. Experience with job classification is an asset.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures.
  • You have good knowledge of Dutch and French, knowledge of English and/or German is a plus.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Work regime: 5 days/week
  • Duration: 6 months - possible extension
  • Location: Brussels
