You assist in various projects related to remuneration policy, including cafeteria plans and salary policies.
You support the job classification processes.
You coordinate the goals & performance process, budget proposals, and preparation of new salary data.
You maintain personnel administration in SAP.
You introduce all necessary notifications to meet all legal obligations.

You have relevant experience in payroll and compensation & benefits. Experience with job classification is an asset.
You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures.
You have good knowledge of Dutch and French, knowledge of English and/or German is a plus.
