About the Job

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team and enhance our IT systems. As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing system requirements, addressing relevant problems, and ensuring high levels of performance and security.

If you’re interested in discovering and implementing new features, we’d love to meet you. Ultimately, your ability to translate our internal and external clients’ needs into high-quality IT systems will be key.

Responsibilities

  • Examine and Evaluate Current Systems: Assess existing systems to identify any defects or inefficiencies.
  • Main point of Contactwith external ICT partners.
  • Identify System Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Liaise with Users: Track additional requirements and features by engaging with end-users.
  • Document Interfaces: Clearly document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
  • ERP System Governance:Develop and implement governance policies and procedures specific to Spantech activity, ensuring the ERP system aligns with compliance standards, industry best practices, and organizational requirements.
  • Validate Changes: Test programs to validate changes and improvements.
  • Train Users: Provide training on new operating systems and offer ongoing support.
  • Stay Up to Date: Keep abreast of current technologies and technical developments.


Requirements and Skill

  • sBachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
  • .Previous experience as an ERP system (ideally in Odoo) or in a relevant role within the industrial sector, is preferable but not mandatory
  • .Excellent Analytical Skills: Capable of analysing complex data and proposing effective solutions
  • .Problem-Solving Attitude: Approach challenges with a positive mindset
  • .Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • .Working Knowledge of Business Software Applications: Familiarity with tools commonly used in business operations
  • .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • .Fluent in English, good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
