An international company active in the life science sector, is currently looking for a Lean Manager, to be based in the Geel area. As Lean Manager, you be responsible for inaugurating and facilitating improvement initiatives which will ensure the necessary processes are met.

As The Lean Manager, You Will Be Responsible For
  • Developing and implementing new systems and procedures, as well as training personnel by means of defined methods and techniques;
  • Developing and implementing improvement programs, with the aim to increase the productivity and overall performance of the production plant;
  • Facilitate the implementation of LEAN and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and procedures that directly impact involved stakeholders within different departments.
The ideal candidate for this Lean Manager position followed a higher education degree of relevance, or is equivalent through experience. Experience with Lean, Six sigma and Continuous improvement activities are a must. Moreover, notions of GMP and FDA regulations are required.

Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
