In case of absence of the manager (leave, illness, ...), are you ready to take over the management and the distribution of the team’s tasks? Coaching the team as well as determining and monitoring indicators are your area of expertise? Then we are looking for you !!!

Your mission as a Management Assistant:

  • You will assist the company’s Administrator on a daily basis
  • You will receive the incoming calls in French or English
  • You manage the emails and his agenda in a proactive way
  • You organize the international trips
  • You organize meetings and prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • You are in charge of organizing seminars for sales representatives and other events
Profile

The perfect manager assistant has:

  • A bachelor’s degree in executive assistant or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in a similar position
  • is Fluent in French and English
  • Familiar with the Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • is Autonomous, proactive and extremely rigorous
  • Good stress and priority management skills
  • Is available immediately to start quickly
