The team you will be a part of

The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

This role in summary

As an Order-To-Delivery Representative (OTD) you are the link between the Sales team and our Trade Partners and it’s the department in charge of the order process. From order entry to the moment it’s delivered to the customer. Today we are a team of 17 people with different nationalities and we can’t wait to add new enthusiastic members to our team! You will report to the OTD Team Lead.

Your responsibilities will include

  • First point of contact for the requests related to sales order and Trade Partners.
  • Process sales orders
  • Control the correct application of the Commercial promotions
  • Register manually the orders in our SAP system and control the data accuracy (price, availability, promotion, quantity)
  • Verify the data accuracy of the orders received via electronic methods.
  • Perform mass upload of orders into ERP system
  • Follow-up on all orders (manually and electronically entered)
  • Maintain purchase orders confirmations
  • Follow-up on booking of deliveries at the customer’s
  • Close follow-up of issues blocking order shipment
  • Create and share backorders or open orders reports with customers
  • Register and follow-up on complaints
  • Create credit and debit notes for customers
  • Create return orders and follow-up together with logistics until issue of credit note
  • Coordinate with sales department new customers
  • Communicate frequently with sales department to ensure best customer satisfaction

Minimum requirements

  • 3 to 4 years working experience in a related Customer Service / Internal Sales position
  • Preferred experience with SAP, knowledge on BI is a plus
  • Advance Excel knowledge
  • Fluent in English and German
