About The RoleLocation: Puurs #Hybrid
About the Role:
We are seeking a Process Engineer who will be responsible for managing and executing CAPEX projects, within the area of production equipment’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute capex projects within preprocessing, compounding and filling of aseptic products in Puurs.
- Initiate the project, develop the business case together with the stakeholders,
- Reach out to suppliers, order equipment, perform design reviews and execute FAT/SAT and commissioning testing to get the new equipment up&running within the agreed timelines
- Manage capex project: budget and schedule across departments
- Become subject matter expert for the preprocessing, compounding and filling processes within the site
- Take initiatives to challenge the status quo in the existing processes and evaluate alternatives and new technologies
- Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)

Role Requirements
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc.) or equivalent
- 5 years of engineering experience thereof 2 in investment projects in Pharmaceutical industry, ideally in aseptic production
- Proven project management skills including contract management and project controlling
- Good collaboration and inter-personal skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Leadership experience for the management of external resources
- Understanding of qualification activities within pharmaceutical industry
