  • Is Part of the Business Planning & Supply Chain (BP&SC) teams of the Business Area, reporting to the Customer experience team which focuses on process & tool improvement for overall Business Planning and Supply Chain scope
  • Is The point of contact of the business area for SAP to support both the sites already deployed and those under SAP deployment. The SAP Continuous Improvement Manager works hand in hand with the Corporate project team for SAP deployment and the main stakeholders of the Business Area
  • Referent in his/her field of expertise, this position ensures also the training sessions beyond the training provided by Corporate project team for SAP deployment and ensures in a permanent manner the knowledge transfer between the SAP users
Responsibilities
  • As a referent in the Business Area Performance Minerals EMEA, the SAP Continuous Improvement Manager makes sure that all the processes / functionalities / data are well available in SAP to ensure a smooth business continuity ("order to cash" scope)
  • Is involved in the preparation of the new SAP waves of deployment but not as a key users but as a overall coordinator to ensure the standardization of the ways of working with the former waves
  • Supports the users of the former waves to be sure that the knowledge is well anchored, ensures additional support and contributes to action plan and request follow up (ticketing system)
  • In charge of making sure that all the SAP users in the Performance Minerals EMEA perimeter are well trained and apply the SAP good practices (newcomers included)
  • Ensures knowledge sharing across the Business Area by facilitating regular webinars / good practices sharing events
  • Point of contact for each new SAP evolution : coordinates with the Corporate project team for the specification requirements description, tests the development and trains the users.
  • Proposes improvements in SAP to ease the life of the users and therefore interacts with the other teams in charge of automation (Robotic Process Automation, Cost Controlling teams…) and then coordinates the implementation
  • Works closely with the SAP Transport Management Coordinator team to build a robust end to end system
  • Designs reporting tools on the efficiency of the "Order to Cash" flows and updates / shares them.
  • Leads continuous improvement projects to improve overall efficiency
  • Interacts beyond the Performance Minerals EMEA perimeter with the other Group Business Areas to benchmark and identify new solutions
Accountability
  • Fluidity of the Order to Cash processes (i.e: time to answer to the Customer about delivery date)
  • SAP Order to Cash knowledge & good use by the Customer Service teams (front and back office teams)

  • Location: France or Belgium, based on a relevant Imerys site or office with travel requirement

Ideal background/ experience
  • Bachelor with IT specialization or Masters degree in Business administration with Data management specialty or Information Systems
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Former experience in training facilitation is a plus
