Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support procedures.
- Support Office 365, Windows 10/11, and various enterprise applications.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with necessary hardware and access.
- Provide support for remote users via VPN and remote desktop tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Maintain security and compliance standards on end-user devices.
