Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support procedures.
  • Support Office 365, Windows 10/11, and various enterprise applications.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with necessary hardware and access.
  • Provide support for remote users via VPN and remote desktop tools.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Maintain security and compliance standards on end-user devices.
